The references occur when the Hero is recognized in or near the orc territory: Chokta and the other orcs identify him as Grazkrak's killer, while Muk and Ur-Shak discuss the death as part of the wider history of their warriors. Grazkrak's importance is therefore shown through the reaction to his defeat.

Grazkrak’s honorable duel

  • The duel only starts with the Ulu-Mulu: Grazkrak grants the Hero an honorable fight to the death only while the Hero is carrying the Ulu-Mulu. The weapon is the proof that the Hero has earned the right to face him; without it, this duel is not offered.
