Basic use does not require an account. The app stores saves and preferences in your browser and uploads a server copy linked to a random browser identifier. Signing in connects saves to your account.

Rychorus operates Gothic Solve. Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, email, name, and profile picture. We use a session cookie and store account and session records to authenticate you and connect your saves and supporter access.

For purchases, we store the checkout email, payment and delivery references, amount, currency, purchase status, claim records, and receiving account identifier to deliver perks, recover access, prevent fraud, and resolve refunds or disputes. Ko-fi and its payment providers process payments; the app does not receive full payment-card details. Cloudflare hosts app data, Google provides sign-in, and Resend delivers claim emails and support notifications.

Account, save, and purchase records remain on our server until removed; clearing browser data does not delete them. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We may retain records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes. Support messages and any reply email are stored to handle your request.

The site uses Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic and understand usage patterns.
