Terms of Use

Operator and support: Gothic Solve is operated by Rychorus. Use the Contact page for purchase, refund, or privacy requests. Include your Ko-fi order reference for purchase help. Never send your claim link, password, or card details.

Supporter purchases: A one-time Ko-fi Shop purchase unlocks the supporter perks shown before checkout for one Google account. There is no recurring subscription. Ko-fi displays the final price and currency. General donations do not purchase perks.

Delivery and accounts: After payment verification, a claim link is sent to your checkout email. Google sign-in is required to activate perks. Confirm the receiving account carefully; your Google email may differ from your checkout email. Links expire after 14 days, but you can request another on the claim page. Contact support if delivery or activation fails.

Refunds: Change-of-mind refunds are not offered, except where required by law. Contact support if paid access is missing, defective, or charged twice. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A confirmed refund removes access granted by that purchase. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Access and changes: Purchased access has no scheduled expiry. Online features depend on service availability and Google sign-in. We will communicate material changes affecting paid access and honour applicable consumer rights. New terms do not reduce rights or promises attached to earlier purchases.

App use: Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, or infringe others’ rights. You retain ownership of your own content and allow us to store and process it to provide the app. Gothic Solve is an unofficial fan tool; game names and assets belong to their respective owners.
