Outcome
The route unlocks the Lurker's Bite crafting recipe.
Five tools for the market
Huno's workshop sits at the point where the Old Camp's raw materials become useful labor. He gives the hero iron and wood, then asks for five sickles that Fisk has ordered. The job has little glory, but it carries the pressure of a real commission: wasted material comes out of the hero's pocket, and Fisk will reject the shipment if even one tool is missing.
The full count matters because the sickles are not gifts for one person. They are part of the work that keeps the camp's trade and daily routine moving. The hero proves reliability by completing a repetitive task exactly, under the eye of both the smith and the customer.
From delivery to craft
Huno's reward is not another pile of ore but a lesson in making the Lurker's Bite. A short blade needs more than a sharp edge: oak, iron, and leather straps must be brought together at the workbench, then balanced so the finished tool can survive use.
The lesson turns a basic delivery into an introduction to self-sufficiency. Huno is not only helping the hero obtain a weapon; he is passing on the knowledge needed to make one when no merchant or camp authority is willing to provide it.
The bite behind the name
The recipe reflects the colony's relationship with the wilderness. A lurker is a threat outside the walls, yet its name becomes attached to a blade made inside them. The hero carries a piece of that danger back into human hands, transformed into a tool whose usefulness depends on careful work rather than brute force.
