Outcome
Entering the enclave opens the final orc storyline.
A gate that reads a warrior's story
The enclave does not open because the hero has defeated enough monsters to frighten its guards. It opens because the Ulu-Mulu carries a story the orcs understand: the trophies of great beasts, the craft of Tarrok, and the blood rite that completed the banner. Ur-Shak waits at the gate to confirm that the object is genuine and that the human has honored the tradition behind it.
The hero approaches while holding the Ulu-Mulu, allowing the orcs to see the mark of a proven warrior before they see an ordinary intruder. The gesture is simple, but it crosses a boundary that weapons alone could never cross.
From one friendship to an entire people
Ur-Shak's trust began the process, but the enclave represents a wider community with its own memories of humans, slaves, and war. Tarrok's help and the final duel make the hero legible within that community. The welcome is not friendship with every orc; it is permission to enter and be judged by the story the banner tells.
Crossing the gate opens the final orc storyline and brings the hero closer to the truth of the Sleeper. The enclave is where the human account of the colony's crisis meets the people who summoned the being at its center—and where cooperation must become more than a private promise between two individuals.
